Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:5

• Be in the original packaging, when applicable

• Include proof of purchase or your order number

Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or customized products

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at ourora564@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variation, please return your original order and place a new order.
